Hyde Rd Dog Off Leash Area Maintenance Works
Council has undertaken works to remediate the patches of dirt within the Hyde Rd Park dog off leash area (DOLA). This included returfing of the bare patches to make the area more even and help make sure dogs leave the park as clean as when they arrived!
Bus Stop Accessibility Improvement Program
Council is undertaking works to improve the accessibility of bus stops across the City. As part of the Bus Stop Accessibility Improvement Program, 6,600 Brisbane bus stops will undergo upgrades and maintenance works to boarding points, access paths, waiting areas, signs, tactile ground surface indicators and bus stop seats to ensure compliance with disability and accessibility regulations.
The following bus stop will be upgraded in coming months:
- #10582, Kingsley Pde, near Kadumba St, stop 24A, Yeronga
- #10586, Kingsley Pde near Violet St, stop 24, Yeronga
- #3672, Orsova Rd at Orsova-Brisbane Corso, stop 33, Yeronga
There may be some minor local impacts during work hours of between 7am and 5pm, Monday to Saturday, however some out of hours works may be required. Every effort will be made to minimise disruption to the local community.

Delonix (Poinciana) tree pruning to reduce canopy after flowering completion between February and April 2020

Graceville Memorial centenary celebration undertake health care of existing trees and replacement plantings completion of work by June 2020
