Sherwood Arboretum established in 1925 is Brisbane’s only botanic garden dedicated exclusively to growing Australian native trees. The Arboretum holds scientific and cultural values with the many of the original plantings undertaken by prominent citizens of Brisbane. The guided walk will be led by the Volunteer Guides of the Brisbane Botanic Gardens, Mt Coot-tha and the Friends of Sherwood Arboretum.
Requirements: Please wear closed in shoes and a hat, bring a water bottle.
Location: Meet at the shelter adjacent to the main carpark off Jolimont Street, Sherwood.
