An event every week that begins at 10:45 am on Saturday, repeating until December 8, 2024
Experience an excellent, low-impact cross-training workout in the water. Feel the benefits of exercise without the pain. Using minimum impact movements, participants will develop strength, mobility and movement in a fun environment. This class will be conducted in the outdoor 25m/50m pool.
