Corinda | Deep Water Running

This is an aquatic workout that uses all major muscle groups. Participants wear a buoyancy belt so there’s no need to worry about being in deep water however you do require basic swimming skills. Classes will be held in the outdoor 50m pool. You must bring your own buoyancy belt for this class.
