Zumba Fitness calorie burning class with easy to follow moves to Latin and international music that will give you a total body workout and is heaps of fun.
Then you will activate and strengthen your abs, butts and thighs with some awesome and effective body weight exercises. This total workout is suitable for all fitness levels and ages as you control how hard or slow you want to go.
Please bring a yoga mat or thick towel to each class. Bookings not required.
