Experience an excellent, low-impact cross-training workout in the water. Feel the benefits of exercise without the pain. Using minimum impact movements, participants will develop strength, mobility and movement in a fun environment. This class will be conducted in the outdoor 25m/50m pool. This is an aquatic workout that uses all major muscle groups. Participants wear a buoyancy belt so there's no need to worry about being in deep water however you do require basic swimming skills.
