This class is designed for busy parents who need a simple workout that they could also do at home. It focuses on strengthening your back, abs and glutes. You will leave each class with a copy of the workout to do at home.
This dynamic activity is invigorating, works with both your body and your mind and will help you feel relaxed, refreshed and calm. The easy-to-follow moves are repeated each week to enable participants to get a feel for the gentle flowing exercise 'moving meditation'. Join any week all welcome!
