Children will get healthy and active, meet new friends and develop a new skill each week.
Using balls of all shapes and sizes, hoops, parachutes, tunnels, skipping ropes, music and interactive games, participants will explore all different ways their growing bodies can move, including developing skills in areas like hand-eye coordination, balance, flexibility, cardiovascular fitness, teamwork and self-esteem.
These sessions will ACT-ivate the children and their caregivers and have a focus on creativity and fun in a safe, relaxed and energetic environment.
