An event every week that begins at 8:00 am on , repeating until June 5, 2016

Bookings required.  Cost is the entry to the pool.

A deep water work out that uses all major muscle groups.  Participants wear a buoyancy belt and the programme is suitable for all levels.

Participants must be able to swim and 16 years and over.
