An event every week that begins at 12:00 pm on Saturday, repeating until March 23, 2025
Experience an excellent, low-impact cross-training workout in the water. Feel the benefits of exercise without the pain. Using minimum impact movements, participants will develop strength, mobility and movement in a fun environment. This class will be conducted in the outdoor 25m/50m pool.
