With answers to the cause of autism still seeming distant, struggling families seek all the help they can get. For Jennifer’s family, this help came in the form of an ex-racing Greyhound named Minnie.
Join Jennifer Althaus as she discusses her uplifting and powerful memoir, A Journey of Love, that speaks of the pain and heartache of parenting a child with autism while celebrating the love, hope and achievement of adopting an ex-racing Greyhound and training her as an assistance dog.
