Booking essential. Gentle dance focused on fitness, co- ordination, flexibility, relaxation and fun. Suitable for all levels and is taught for multi level students. Belly dance provides physical, emotional and psychological benefits. Dance improves brain health and stimulates the feel-good chemicals – endorphins.
This is a GOLD event suitable for seniors.
