The Sherwood Stitches Quilt and Craft Show will be held on Saturday 2 September from 9 am to 3 pm at St Matthews on the corner of Oxley and Sherwood Roads. Entry is $2. The craft show is in two parts. The quilts and craft items are displayed in the church. In the hall behind the church we have catering and a trading table.
The catering services are provided by members of St Matthews who use funds raised for a church project. The food is delicious.
The trading table is full of handmade reasonably priced items made by members of Sherwood Stitches and Linus. It’s a good opportunity to buy small gifts for friends and family. Money raised from the entry and trading table goes to Project Linus. Project Linus make quilts for children in hospitals.
There is no EFTPOS. All transactions are cash.
