An event every week that begins at 11:00 am on Saturday, repeating until June 8, 2025
This is an aquatic workout that uses all major muscle groups. Participants wear a buoyancy belt so there’s no need to worry about being in deep water however you do require basic swimming skills. Classes will be held in the outdoor 25m/50m pool.
