Bookings required. A low intensity, easy workout that includes a mixture of strength, balance and Pilates exercises. Please bring your own water bottle and swiss ball and small dumb bells if you have them.
BOOKINGS REQURIED. Ages 15+ Bootcamp type exercises including boxing warm up followed by body weight exercises and aerobic movement. This is a fast way to fitness and weight loss. All fitness levels welcome. Please ensure you have adequate sun protection, water and fitness wear.
