Ken Fletcher Park

Celebrate the best day of the week with a full body workout.  We will mix strength and cardio exercises in this interval type workout. Bookings not required.  Please wear appropriate exercise clothes and shoes, sun protection and bring a water bottle. Meet at the amphitheatre.

Toddlers and preschoolers can enjoy moving to music, while you watch their confidence grow!  Children will learn different movement patterns and dance moves, along with plenty of fun dance based games. Suitable for ages 2 - 5 years.  Bookings not required. Please wear exercise clothes and shoes and have adequate sun protection and water.

Lively Lambs Playgroup is supported by the Yeronga Community Centre and is open for all families in our community with children. On the first Tuesday of each month, the group meets in Ken Fletcher Park, Tennyson.  Every other Tuesday the event is held at Yeronga Community Centre.
